Inspirational Talk:

Good morning! Today we distribute 2500 checks of scholarships for college students. Our scholars were chosen on the bases of written tests. The checks were given by our mayor. Allow me now to address our scholars directly. Children the scholarships you are about to receive came from the fund of the government, although their obligation is subsidized us but we need to give importance to the money they give. Because of this, they expect some return of investment, and what return do they expect. They expect expect that you finish your studies, be competitive and become useful in the community. You might find these expectations quite hard to measure up to. Yes, it might really difficult to excel in one studies and to find time for community activities when one has to help his parents earn a living, when one does not have enough money for school expenses, when he lives in a house that is not conducive to study. But you can beat them. You can reach your goals. Never give up. Be patient and work hard. Be a wise to manage your time. Arrange your schedule in such a way that you have hours for work, for study and for personal activities. So all of us in the school administrations and faculty expect all of you to be outstanding students. We expect you to always live up to the high ideals and principles of this school. For, as Brian Tracy said, to achieve you've never achieve before and you must become someone you never been

Pursuing something new is fun and exciting, especially if the pursuit positively impacts someone else. I am grateful for the opportunity to re-enter grad school, this time at the doctorate level, to realize a dream that I’ve had since the beginning of my teaching career. My goal is to be sharp, skilled, creative and effective as a teacher and leader so that I can significantly influence the organization and overall culture of my school, other teachers, students, and the community. A necessary attribute of a great teacher should be the desire to seek ways to improve learning for all children. I am committed to learning and developing the knowledge and skills that a great leader needs to make a difference in education. I believe all students can have academic success.…

I will display this mission statement on my locker door, next to my desk so I will have an easy access to it, especially during times when I may become frustrated and feel like giving up on a student who may be failing my class and do not seem to care. It will remind me that my purpose is to serve and motivate others to reach their full potential. As Lee Canter explained in the video ‘ The Power of belief ‘, a high performing teacher never gives up because “they believe that all children can succeed”(Laureate Education, 2010). It is this kind of teacher who can make a difference in the lives of the…

As the principal of James S. Russell Middle School, my philosophy is simple. I believe that if we invest in our students and expand upon their previous knowledge, we can explore uncharted territory. By “thinking outside of the box" and striving to teach the whole child, we are destined to intersect with success. My belief is that if I continue to successfully motivate the RMS student, faculty, and staff to do their very best and extend their personal limits, the success for our division will be exhibited…
