Evidence Based Practice In The Practice Setting
The topic of this article is about evidence-based practice in the practice setting and explaining to the client, “How do you know that what you are do and how you do it really works”. The purpose is to explain to people that when you are doing interventions with your clients to make sure you have evidence to back up why you are doing it and to be able to explain why it works. Having evidence to support your interventions can better help your client for success and better your work performance. Also, it is our obligation, as OTAs, that we continue our education, of researching methods of interventions, so that we can use new and better techniques for our client’s success.
