Alice Walker “Everyday Use” is a short story that is being narrated, from the perspective of Mama, she describes herself as a large, big-bone woman that, has work hard as any man, throughout her days, she would do what it takes to provide and care for her daughter Dee and Maggie. Mama has described Dee, as a person want more in life and would look any body straight in the eyes and is no willing to back down from anything.
