Ethical Considerations According to the Internal Review Board (IRB) ethical guidelines, the researcher must adhere to the principal investigator's (PI) responsibilities. IRB guidelines require the PI to obtain written informed consent from all participants. That is to ensure that all target participants are advised of the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives of the study, as well as their rights. It also demonstrates the ethical principles of reverence for persons, beneficence, and fairness before each study participant can proceed to the survey and interviews. The researcher will be the sole gatekeeper of the data, guaranteeing current and accurate records of data are put in a safe and secure place, within a password-protected database. The data will be stored in said safe location until they are no longer needed and can be disposed of by ethical research protocol. According to Yin (2014), in a case study research, there is commonly a potential for bias from preconceived notions regarding the outcome of the data analysis. Because of these concerns regarding bias, the researcher will not employ any schools she or has relatives or friends affiliated with within the sample, and within the district. The researcher will strive to be open to evidence contrary to expected outcomes to avoid bias, and will not, under any circumstances, plagiarize or forge obtained information. According to Yin (2014), these behaviors are essential to ethical practices in research. The PI must also make every effort to adhere to the IRB guidelines, to treat participants and their responses without prejudice, and to report findings
