Step 3: Managerial Ethical Dilemma * How to allocate the funds fairly between the workers * How the funds was allocated in the past to a select few of the workers * The issue of the woman who received the raises in the past and their influence in the community and on his job if the same raise system does not continue * Lack of performance appraisals that leads to unethical decisions
Step 4: Dilemma Resolution Decisions * Allocate the funds even to all 12 workers * Distribute the funds so that all of the worker make the same amount * Conduct thorough job performance appraisals and allocate funds to each employee based on their performance * Continue to allocate the funds in the same manner as George did since the workers do not know how much each other makes an hour
