1.0 Introduction of KFC
Kentucky Fried Chicken also known as KFC is a chain of fast food restaurants headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, U.S. It is one of the few brands in America that can be boasting about having rich and 59-year history of success and innovation. In 1986, PepsiCo was bought over Kentucky Fried Chicken for $840 million. PepsiCo separate Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell into a new Corporation name Tricon Global Restaurant, Inc and change the name to Yum! Brands, Inc in 2002.There was many Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets over the countries and territories around the world in year 2011. Therefore, Kentucky Fried Chicken has been a subsidiary of Yum! Brands and it is the one of the largest restaurant companies in the world, when the Yum!’s predecessor was spun off from PepsiCo since 1997. So, the company officially adopted Kentucky Fried Chicken and condensed its name, in 1991. In Malaysia, the 1st Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant was opened on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman at 1973. After 30 years from then, Kentucky Fried Chicken was changing a lot such as from people serving until now self serving and one of the dominant players in the fast food industry. Besides that, Kentucky Fried Chicken is the most popular chicken restaurant chain in the world and it’s primarily sells chicken pieces, burgers and wraps. While Kentucky Fried Chicken primary specializing in Original Recipe®, Extra Crispy™, Colonel’s Crispy Strips® and Honey BBQ Wings® with homemade sides and freshly make chicken sandwiches and desserts. Since 1952, the company was founded as Kentucky Fried Chicken by Colonel Harland Sanders. Moreover, Kentucky Fried Chicken has been serving customers with their delicious foods such prepared complete family meals at affordable prices.

2.0 Differentiate Ethical and Unethical Issues
Ethical issues
Ethics requires a differentiation between wrong and right, acknowledgment of responsibility and knowing what is good or evil. Ethical norms assist human beings in the process of judging rightful acts. Consequently, the concept can be applied in the practices and policies used by large organizations. It is the study of how personal moral norms apply to the activities and goals of commercial enterprise as dealing with three basic areas of managerial decision making which are, choices about what the laws should be and whether to follow them, choices about economic and social issues outside the domain of law and choices about the priority of self-interest over the company’s interest. For example, Kentucky Fried Chicken understands the importance of ethics in doing business. Besides, Kentucky Fried Chicken appreciates the need for protecting animal rights in developed and developing countries like India. Moreover, Kentucky Fried Chicken would like to examine the reason in protest of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). Lastly, Kentucky Fried Chicken understand the importance of cultural, economic, regulatory and ecological issues while set up the business in a foreign country. Unethical issues

Unethical happens when a person choose the wrong decision that will results in bad consequences such as stealing, cheating, murder, harming the society and the environment where people always find hard to differentiate between good or evil which it is sometimes very dynamic. It shows lack of moral principles that those who go against the rules with a wrong way of approaching or the wrong act of doing and unwilling to adhere to proper rules of conduct. It happens in the business world where employees lie, misrepresentation of hours worked, withholding information and abusive or intimidating behavior such as being discriminative by treating other unequally. For example, Kentucky Fried Chicken use genetically manipulated organisms and it does not use real chickens.
