Establish Two Meaningful Goals
Post your answers to this critical thinking question: "Using your knowledge of the characteristics of effective goals, establish two meaningful goals related to your performance in this class."
Effective goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant to the job, set within a time frame, exciting to create commitment, and reviewed both during and after the goal has been accomplished. A specific goal states what needs to be accomplished, how it should be accomplished, and where, when, and with whom it should be accomplished. Measurable describes how much, how well, and at what cost the goal should be achieved. Achievable goals should be challenging without being so difficult that the employees lose their motivation to achieve them. Relevant
