Finding a career to fit people’s interest is hard, but it doesn't always have to be. Everyone wants a job they love, with good pay and good hours. It's not the first career choice for everyone, a career in Social and Human services is a good job for people who love to help, have good compassion, interpersonal skills,and problem solving skills. Social and human services assistants help determine what type of help their clients need, work with clients and other social workers, to develop a treatment plan, and research services, such as food stamps and Medicaid, that are available to their clients in their communities. In order to get this job, a bachelor’s degree or three to five jobs related to this is needed. There are Social and Human Services Assistant all across the world that are helping families and/or individuals with thing they can't figure out on their own.
