Essay On Family Eulogy

Seventy-three year old John Baisch absolutely loved growing up in Burien, just blocks away from Puget Sound. John adores Washington, especially the Seattle area, which brings back many memories of his childhood. As I interviewed John, I noticed that a majority of his answers involved his family and his love for them. His entire life revolved around his family, and it is amazing how they impacted his life today.
Growing up, John and his family were extremely close. John has three brothers and two sisters, and his parents were happily married until they passed away. John always loved having family dinners every night, and the long road trips to their grandparents house in San Francisco. John smiled as he described how they would sing, play games, and talk together. He adored spending long hours
He has been happily married to his wife, Anne, for almost 50 years. John proudly stated that one of his greatest successes would be his wife. John always thanks his father through prayer for being such a great role model as a husband and a father. Interviewing John influenced me to take another look on my relationship with my own family. As a thirteen year old girl, I tend to push my family away, but John helped me realize how important your family is. Family sticks with you through the thick and thin, and every second you spend with them should be cherished.
