Essay On Epithelial Tissue
Overview on Tissue

Epithelial Tissue: Epithelial tissue is one of the four major tissue type in the body. It covers the whole surface of our body. The tissue is specialized to form a covering or lining of all internal and external body surfaces. Your skin is composed of epithelial tissue. It also lines your body’s cavities and major organs. If its two or more cells thick such as think skin, its known as stratified epithelium. Simple epithelium can be subdivided accordingly to the shape and function of its cells. Epithelial tissue regardless of the type, it’s usually separated from the underlining tissue a thin sheet of connective tissue, basement membrane. The basement membrane provides structural support for the epithelium tissue; it binds it to neighboring structures.
Connective tissue: Is found in all areas of our body’s. The functions of connective tissue are varied. They are largely responsible for cohesion of the body as an organism of organs as functioning units and

The axial skeleton, with a total of 80 bones consists of the vertebral column, the rib cage and the skull. The axial Skelton transmits the weight from the head. The trunk and the upper extremities down to the lower extremities at the hip joints, which help us, maintain our upright positions.
Muscle System: When talking about the muscle system, we are talking about skeletal muscle. They are three basic kinds of muscle tissue- Skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscle. Smooth a d Cardiac muscle occurs with other tissue that forms organs such as a bladder and the heart. Skeletal muscle makes up the muscular system, which interacts with the skeleton to move our body parts the muscle of the body enables individuals to stand upright, walk and do various daily activities. Those vey same muscles enable the heart to

Epithelial tissues are the inside layer of internal and external surfaces and body cavities, including ducts carrying secretions from glands. They may be composed of some layers of cells, called compound epithelia or just a single layer which is known as simple epithelia. The lowest or bottom layer of cells is attached to the basement membrane for support and connection. Part of the basement membrane is concealed by the epithelia but they are supplied with oxygen and nutrients from deeper tissues by diffusion which is the passage of the molecules from a high concentration to a low concentration. As they are surface tissues and exposed to friction, their ability for growth and repair is greater than other tissues and generally occurs during sleep.…

Connective Tissue is internal support for our organs, it protects them and wraps around them like a cushion. It stores nutrients and runs through the organs’ capsules and inside deep layers of the skin. These tissues have some sort of supporting role, which include bone, tendons, blood, adipose and cartilage. There are three different categories for connective tissue; Supportive connective tissues are like bone and cartilage, Fluid connective tissues are like the blood and Connective Tissue proper are both loose and dense connective tissue, which links the tissues together. Bones support the lungs and protect from injury. Elastic connective tissue is also found in the lungs and is able to extend like an elastic band when forced.…

There are four major categories of tissues in the human body. Each of them separate into even smaller groups with specific structures and functions. The four major types are epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscle tissue and cardiac tissue. They are all necessities of the human body and contribute to many functions our bodies and cells carry out in order to survive. Tissues interact and group together to make up organs which then compose systems and the human body all together.…
