Canada’s immigration is very effective on the life, and wealth of all Canadians. There are many reasons why people immigrate. Some of the reasons are due to the political, economic health or security factors of the countries where immigrants come from. These are also the reason why people emigrate out of a country. Immigration is the act of coming to live permanently in a foreign country. Immigrants are needed in Canada to boost the population and help with the economic development. Even if you take into account the inhabitable parts of the north, we still have a very low population. Also, we have a birth rate of 1.7 children per woman in their lifetime. Pretend for a moment that we would never have any more immigrants; imagine how much our population would fall within 60 or so years.
