Awarded R.P. Singh gold medal in 6th annual convocation of NIT Kurukshetra for 1st position in Mechanical Engineering in 2nd year.

Successfully completed a project under the guidance of Prof J.D. Gupta, Mechanical Department, NIT Kurukshetra and eight other classmates under which a 1947 Chevrolet 3600 cc, inline 6 cylinder petrol engine (made in U.S.A), kept in heat lab of the institute as a model, and was bought in running condition. The feat was difficult because such type of engines is not in use nowadays. This project was highly appreciated by the department as well as the media attention was adequate to motivate the involved students to take a step further.
Won 1st in paper presentation competition organized by the department of humanities of NIT Kurukshetra in collaboration with Department of Science and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.
Won national level 1st prize in Mechanical Technical Quiz (Techilla) organized in National level technical fest of NIT Kurukshetra, Literati’08.
Summer Internship in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited’s LPG bottling plant at Bahadurgarh, Asaudha, where industrial insight was developed by pioneers of experience and able staff in one of the best working conditions.
