Inappropriate information should be reported to site foremen which then if it involve the plans the architect is contacted. Unsuitable resources are reported to site foremen which he/she will advise you what to do.

Describe your responsibilities under current legislation and official guidance whilst working:
in the workplace - Take reasonable care for the health and safety of myself and of other persons. Storage of materials should be kept dry and secure by manual handling and mechanical lifting - avoid the need to lift, carry, push, pull, lower or support loads wherever possible, if more than 25kg get another person to help lift or use trolleys, barrows, lifts or hoists. mechanical lifting should be used if trolleys, barrows, lifts or hoists can't and to place materials on scaffolding loading bays.
Describe the organisational security procedures for tools, equipment and personal belongings in relation to site, workplace, company and operative.

State what the accident reporting procedures are and who is responsible for making reports.
Reporting a injuring or near miss in the Accident Report Book, yourself or a first aider is responsible for reporting it.
