Epsom Salts Research Paper
Epsom salt is a mineral compound containing magnesium and sulfate. Long praised for its numerous uses, Epsom salt has been long used for beauty care, health, cleaning purposes, gardening-related uses, etc.

1. Hair shampoo

Take Epsom salt and add it to your shampoo, wash your hair as usual, in order to remove the excess oil in the case of greasy hair.

2.Improves hair volume

In order to eliminate the frizz and get more volume, you should combine your hair conditioner with Epsom salts in equal amounts, heat the mixture in a pan, and rub it on the hair. Leave it to act for 20minutes, and then wash it off with warm water.

3. Ease muscle pain
In order to relax your body and relieve the tension in the muscles, you can enjoy a nice bath with Epsom salts at the end of the day.
