Environmental Adaptability
Each team member was tasked with researching into a company that has demonstrated environmental adaptability and to submit a write-up describing how the company has achieved this. This paper summarizes the team findings. Reckitt Benckiser

Reckitt Benckiser (RB) focuses is on delivering performance its operations including its commitment to corporate responsibility. For the past few years, Reckitt Benckiser has quietly implemented ambitious corporate responsibility programs that has delivered results in all key markets around the world and set the pace for the industry. RB acknowledges that customers are passionate about their products. That is why the Reckitt Benckiser team takes pride in the products they make available to all of their markets. They also want their customer to have this same confidence in the use of those products no matter where in the world. With sales in over 200 countries, the company has to be sure that their products are safe and effective in all markets. This way, customers can be confident that they will improve their lives. Reckitt Benckiser developed the famous recipe book in an effort to better serve its customers. IBM

IBM is a good example of a company that has demonstrated environmental adaptability. IBM is an American computer manufacturer, founded by Thomas J. Watson. IBM is also known as big blue after the color of its logo. The company has made everything from mainframes to personal computers and has been immensely successful selling business computers. The IT industry is highly volatile and the industry is always changing leading to new demands of technology. IBM started as a maker of typewriters because they were needed for the publishing market.
