Entrepreneurship is the act of being an entrepreneur. It means taking risks and creating a buisness or idea to fallow an opertunity or dream. Entrepreneurship effects the society we live in greatly, it is a positive thing because people fallow dreams which makes them happy, and their buisness provides citizens with the goods or services they need in their lives. Entreprenuers are creating large and small buisnesses locally. The Entreprnuers hire local workers and they have jobs and are happy, so entrepreneurship affects society in a positive way.
2. Can anyone be an entrepreneur or does it take a certain personality type?
I think that it takes a certain personality to be an entrepreneur. The personality it takes is to be outgoing, persuing, and confident. You have to be outgoing, you have to be willing to put yourself out there and to perservere your dream. You also have to be wise and make wise decisions. Not everybody can put themselves out there and accept failure. It does take a certain personality, your personality determines what kind of entrepreneur you will be and how successfull your buisness will be.

I believe that there is more than one "right way" to start a entrepreneurial company. There are more than one way to run a company, some may be more successful than others. There are many methods to starting and keeping a company running, individuals have their own methods and each are unique. Its up the the managers and CEO's to find their own was of running their buisness, and no two ways are the same. The way you run a buisness is based on your efficiency, customer service, product quality, and a good work environment.
