7.0 OPERATION PLAN

7.1 INTRODUCTION TO OPERATION PLAN

Star Gym is a company that offer gym services that satisfy our customers. The operation strategy involves the gym services and health advices by our trainers. Operation plan defines how we will operate and practice to implement our action and monitoring plans, what are the capacity needs, and how we will engage resources, and how we ensure sustainability of the project’s achievements. The operation plan is one of the sections that included in the business plan. Operation plan is very important to ensure all the operational process run smoothly. Managing operation is crucial to make sure that the business is able to produce product or delivers services according to the specification, quality and time specified by the customer. An operation plan ensures the successfully implementation of action and monitoring plans by getting the team to prepare the project to raise funds, being clear about how we will get the resources and arming with convincing plan to review with existing and potential. To create operational plan we need to consider and use resource efficiently, to help allocates resources. We need to reduce risks when possible, and prepare contingency plans where necessary. We also need to think about the long term future of the project, including how to ensure sustainability of our project’s targets and impacts.

7.2 BUSINESS OPERATION TIME Our operation operates six days a week starting on Monday to Saturday. The business hours start at 10.00 am until 1.00 am. We gave our workers time to rest at 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm for first shift and 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm for second shift. We close our gym on Sunday and during public holiday. For our operation hours, first shift start at 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, and for second shift start at 5.00 pm to 1.00 am.
