Many young people and even adults indulge in online chatting . The internet is means of getting to know people from other countries. In fact , it is the cheapest means of communicating . In my opinion , online chatting should be continued . Chatting online can be good for people who face discriminatiion due to their shyness or physical defects. Shunnes by friends, they are lonely . But through online chatting , they make friends. When chatting online , their handicaps are not revealed . Every user chats on an egual basis . Sex, race and background no longer matter . The lack og physical and face to face contact gives them confident to make new friends . It is case of users making friends and exchange ideas with complete freedom. Since chatting online is a global occurances . Chatting to overseas friends gives a wider knowledge og global events and a deeper understanding of the local and international events . Though far apart , they exchange their views and international events . Though far apart , they exchange their views and share knowledge and experiences while chatting online . Many teenagers have enriched their experience in this way . It ks not fair thatbjust because some users have commited abuse in using the chat websites online chatting is consider completely bad. As a society activity chatting online is a god wat for young people to meet new friends and establish relationships. In thus way it can be helpful in developing social skills among teh users especially the young ones . Many people who go online have mainly positive experience. But like any endeavorur , be it travelling or cooking or attending school there are some risks the online world loke the rest of society is made uo of a wise array of people. Most aredecent and respect but some many rude obnoxious insulting or even mean and exploitative. Children get a lot of benefit from being online but thye can also be tarhets of crime and exploitation in this as in any oyher environment
