Energy Conservation

Our society’s resources are depleting, meaning to search for new ways to power our electronics. Energy conservation has been been a major conflict for the U.S. since the 1970’s. It has became more of a problem coming towards the 21st century(Stockdale).Sacrificing the littlest things, like a small amount of comfort, could conserve energy. Energy is used in an american political and popular culture to satisfy comfort levels(Stockdale). A force providing a conflict for the U.S. is the desire and need to pay less expenses towards fue(Stockdale). The U.S. government is already looking and searching for new ways to power our vehicles when we completely wipe out our gasoline source. For example, to this day gasoline-fueled cars exist, but companies have already invented electric and solar-powered cars. Concerns over our depleting of resources have led many individuals to call for reductions in usage(Stockdale). These reductions may be met by changing the way we manage all of our waste and shifting over to using renewable resources. Global warming has emerged as one of the most pressing issues around the world and U.S. The U.S. government has too carried on intensive thorough data into the province of energy conservation(Stockdale). High costs of fuel along with environmental damages has led congress to want to enforce energy conservation. Government agencies around the world have found energy conservation to be a prominent issue. All of these factors contribute to increased concern in American society.Getting fuel from foreign countries has become a political concern. This plays a prominent role on the U.S. military’s escalation in Iraq. It has also led many to question our nation’s economic ties(Stockdale). The moment petroleum and oil stops being as low as it can be now, it’ll dramatically cause conflicts all over the U.S. and other countries. If we want to maintain our material comfort we will have to get our resources from somewhere else....
