Employee Interview Essay
How do you know the applicant and for how long? Daniel and I have been working closely in the organization we joined at Stony Brook University. I have known and have been working with Daniel for approximately over 2 years now.

How do you think the applicant would handle these responsibilities? .

In these sorts of serious and almost life-threatening situations, Daniel will be able to listen closely and acknowledge the caller’s position. I believe Daniel will be able to manage these responsibilities very

It has been more than three years that I know this applicant. When I joined Kepler in 2014, this applicant was a student in the first year. During that academic year, I taught her communications and other skills that helped her to work well on her projects. Through her works and class participation, I could see that she was a hard work. She always met deadlines and make sure her works were of high quality. Another thing is that she was always looking for support whenever needed. In fact, whenever she found out that she missed something in class, she could attend office hours for clarification. In 2015, when she was hired as a course facilitator, she was very committed, determined and responsible. In fact, when she had to work on any task, she made sure to complete it on time and with efficiency. Till now, her actions show that she is collaborative. She really believes in team work. In fact, she knows that for a team to be…

Thank you for your post Donell! After my interview with a few nurses at my place of work, I was also surprised that most nurses did not have any information about liability insurance for nurses. The nurses were content with what the hospital will cover for them, but yet none of them had accurate information about what the hospital covers. Just like you Donell, they look at me like I was crazy, and they had no idea why I was so worried about this matter. It took me awhile to explain to them that the hospital will primarily defend his interest, and you might not be a priority to them especially if you are at fault. You mention in your post that some nurses explained that they were already paying enough insurance and did not feel the need to add…

The career that I have chosen to pursue is Human Resources Management. When I started out on the path of “what I want to be when I grow up” I started in a completely different line of work. I wanted to be a Nurse when I graduated high school. I enrolled in college and I worked at a children’s hospital. After a while I started getting burned out by working long hours and on the weekend and I started to wonder if this was the right career that I wanted to continue with. I was offered a position at a staffing company that tailored to physicians and nurses and I knew right away that I loved being in an office rather than taking care of patients.…
