After carefully reviewing the Emotional intelligence Assessment quiz result one status found captured my attention keenly. The result is definitely on point with my personal characteristics. The assessment result showed true fact pushing myself taking care of others, and forget I need to pay attention to me as well. This is true and this often happens on a daily basis. I enjoy my surrounding environment when I know each individual is happy with a bright smile on their faces. I lack taking care of myself first hand before attending to other individual or group needs. The Emotional Intelligence assessment has shown me clearly my strongest but yet, my weakest attribute and trait in my personality. For example, the care for others and thoughts of others feelings is important to , so I push to make each person around me happy, while I need to think of myself first, and take care of others thereafter while I am in good shape.…

First my strengths from the report showed that I am aware of my own strengths and weaknesses and able to perceive others emotions well. While this result isn’t overall that surprising I then noticed I scored low in the areas of Emotional Identification, Perception, and Expression and Emotional Management. After studying the results further I discovered that although I can interpret my own and others emotions well I struggle at dealing with emotional situations overall which is a very accurate statement of my personality as I have always shied away from approaching emotional situations both in my personal and work life. I think that this assessment has shown me that I need to be more assertive, also one of my weaknesses, and not be timid about using my gut instincts which typically are correct about emotions and become more vocal in emotional situations. Both the emotional intelligence and MBTI reports have shown that my weakness lies in not using my emotional understanding to solve problems and that I rely on my analysis and details too…

Emotions are important because they are essential in controlling almost everything we do, say, or think. If a person lacks emotions they lack the ability to make smart choices and decisions. This can fall in the category of logic. Logic is pretty much another word for common sense, it is a necessity in everyday life and making the right (and sometimes wrong) decisions. For example, if somone makes a bad decision such as trusting someone who double crossed or lied to them, they would get a bunch of mixed emotions (sad, mad, ashamed). If a similar situation was to present its self again they would be reminded of what they felt before, gather knowledge, and then make a decision, and hopefully a better one using Logical reasoning and experience.…
