1.1 Project Purpose:
To develop a website for our client Texas High School to bridge the communication gap between the parents and the school management and to build a better relationship.

1.2 Project Objectives:
To develop a website for Texas High School by August 2nd 2014.
Develop a website in specified time and budget.
Ensure delivery of a quality product to the customer.

1.3 Scope:
This website provides a way to get to know the updates of the school. Creating a client-server portal will help the user to know the updates and also the recent developments of the school.
1.4 Constraints:
Static Website

Requests outside the scope of project are considered change orders and these changes may delay the project delivery and also increase the costs of project.

1.5 Assumptions:
Work is on time
Receiving node is not busy and all facilities are available.

This clause is not written to handle out of the ordinary requests. This clause needs to be able to handle difficult requests and effectively document a procedure that can hold both sides accountable for changes made to the original contract. This clause also needs to be streamlined, so that both parties can act quickly upon agreed changes to the contract. It would be best to amend a clause to the current contract that is specially written to handle requirement changes throughout the project. This clause should document the process to effectively make difficult change request. This process should also require sign offs from project directors from both companies. In addition, each change request needs to be a legal contract that carefully documents how the scope of the project changes with each request. Each request absolutely needs to document how the timetables and schedules will be affected through the continuation of the project.…

ASP and regular expressions for validation before the modifications are then made to the database. The forms will also be user friendly and placed in an organized fashion base by logical ordering where all information in relation to one another will be grouped accordingly.
