Introduction
Hardware stores sometimes known as home improvement stores or DIY stores, sell household hardware for home improvement including: fasteners, hand tools, power tools, keys, locks, hinges, chains, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, cleaning products, housewares, tools, utensils, paint, and lawn and garden products directly to consumers for use at home or for business.
Bikol Enterprise – Hardware & Lumber was opened July 4, 2004 at Villanueva St. Caloocan City. At first, Mr.Bikol was an ordinary salesman of a Chinese hardware at Ongpin. He sells and had earned thru commission on sold products. He sells various type of hardware products like electrical wirings, antenna and other electrical & electronics accessories. He learned so much about the product and the principle of accounting. Upon earning to a substantial income, He planned to operate his own business together with his wife. Since he knew this kind of business he use his earnings to startup a business. He bought various product for electricals, electronics and construction including lumber.
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to monitor the profit of Bikol Enterprise in every month if its income is increasing or decreasing using forecast. Then to know what products are profitable for this season. Guide the owner to make the decision-making for their company.

Statement of the Problem * Profitable Product : Firefly(Bulb), Superloom(Roofing), Bemdex(Pipes), Boysen(Paint) * Not Profitable : Focus(bulb), Apo(Roofing), Moldex(Pipes), Nation(Paint)

Significance of the study

* Company
To help the company know if they will be going to deficit or if the income will be stable in the next years. * Owner
The owner will know what products are suitable and profitable for the season to lessen the product that are wasted and will not affect their income. In this inventory purpose, The owner will know the movements of the product if it is saleable or not.
