INTRODUCTION
A. BACKGROUND ON EL NIDO RESORTS IN PALAWAN
EL Nido during pre - Spanish time, has been known as "BACUIT BAY" a Center of Natural bounty of Cultural heritage surrounded by island and inlets towering limestone, cliffs for its uniqueness nature of bounty, and a paradise for all who usually experience the exquisite beauty of nature that can only be experienced Bacuit Bay, for its beauty Corals, fish and other species.
The main source of income of the inhabitants were edible bird nest gathering, gathered from caves and also considerably a substantial food prepared as soup which is rich of health elements for human consumption is market at high Cost especially by Chinese Merchants which is process as special soup serve in restaurant and as food for nourishing mothers.
The second source of income were fishing for a bounty catch and others farming traders and the likes the "BACUIT BAY" of today's generations has been worldwide known for its uniqueness of beauty bounty biodiversity, richness of Corals reefs and other species cultural heritages, limestone cliffs, rock formation, lagoons, beautiful white beaches and hospitable people of El Nido.

B. IMPORTANCE OF STUDY
The natural beauty of El Nido has made the resort industry as the main stream of development for both local and foreign investor. Thus contributing for the conversion of beaches, island and inlets into scenery of attraction for the establishment of marvelous resorts of manpower technology. The task earned the effect of the industry of mobilization, conduct trainings and the different skills development. Thus, improving quality of life opening the access for human resource development for an employment, transportation facilities access roads were possible for the constituents of El Nido. Eventually resorts in El Nido has basically a limitation for its total development such like transportation congestion,
