My business idea is a sound one and will be brought to a successful fruition of the desired goals by following this Business Plan and making adjustments wherever necessary when the business environment calls for the changeThere is no similar business as this in Bogotá at the present time and with proper location selection, menu design and staffing there will be no valid reason for the business to fail.The personal will be staffed by principally younger people who have been trained locally to work in the hospitality business so they will have a strong foundation on which to incorporate my customer service philosophy and company policies.The management will be experience food management personal who I have known on a personal basis for some time and I am well aware of their talent and work ethic.|

I co-launched a casino, restaurant, and bar with my father and sister. I was the general manager.I was involved in the inauguration of a retail truck accessory business with my father and I was the general manager. I was responsible for all areas of business operations: inventory, buying, personnel, accounting and finance, legal, etc. In so doing I developed a broad perspective of all functions and how they intertwine and support one another.|
