Analysis of the marketing programs
To stay competitive and strengthen their position on the market, companies and brands have to develop effective and innovative marketing campaigns. The fast changes of the economy require from marketers, to develop and apply whole new approaches and strategies concerning marketing programs and marketing strategies. Digitalization, customization and the vague boundaries within industries, provide on the one hand profitable opportunities, but force companies and brands on the other hand to rethink and recreate their “normal” approach of marketing (Keller, 2013).

It basically decides which exact experience the costumer will get.
What makes Efteling special is its broad offering of attractions. From rollercoaster to fairytale exhibitions – over 30 attractions wait for the costumer. Besides, the different hotels and souvenir shops that are adjusted to the different themes and topics of the theme park make sure that the costumer’s will not forget their experience at Efteling. In addition, the theme park offers several locations within the park that can be rent for business events or even private arrangements (Efteling, 2015).
Another important aspect is that Efteling offers their costumers special adventures and experiences fitting to the current season of the year. With Winter Efteling for example, the theme park makes sure that their clients see a special kind of Winter Wonderland (Efteling,

A beneficial price strategy will create a certain kind of price category within the heads of costumers. In addition, price premiums are “one of the most important benefits of a string brand” (Keller, 2013, p. 188).
Different discounts and different price categories can be found within the price strategy of Efteling. First of all, it is important to mention that tickets that are ordered online are cheaper. A normal day-ticket costs normally 36 Euro but when buying online, the costumer gets a discount of two Euros. Kids under the age of three get in for free. Moreover, Efteling offers some special ticket packages like the “Ticket Extra” which costs 46 Euro and provides the costumer with food and discounts for the souvenir shops. In addition, the “Ticket Luxe” allows visitors to get in the park 30 minutes before normal opening time and also provides them with lunch, dinner and discounts for the different souvenir shops.     Some people come from out of state to enjoy the theme park in spring and summer break. It is a fun place because there are many things to do even though it is less rides.     Rides such as Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, and my person favorite, Mike Wazowski’s Laugh Floor, are few of the many notable rides. It is also home to Cinderella’s castle and the MainStreet Parade where all of the characters showcase their skills by marching through an amazing performance.
