The worlds input on education

The world is so diverse when it comes to education. These days, parents throughout the world have different ways of teaching children. Where you live will determine what kind of education you will be able to receive. Education is an important decision in life because to have a higher education puts you in a state where you can choose a higher paying job you like.. In the United States, most of the population can afford high school education and sometimes even college. The United States puts a lot of time, effort, and money into improving education. According to a recent study “the United States spent 107.6 billion on education in the year 2012.” The United States is fortunate enough to have the funds to support education and as time passes, we are improving and allowing more people to receive a higher education by providing financial aid and government assistant services. The United States can afford these kinds of higher education because our currency is worth more than African currency. Also, Americans make a lot more money than Africans do meaning that we can pay more taxes to the state. However some other countries are less fortunate and cannot afford a decent education. Many cities in Africa are poor and cannot receive or afford the kind of education those in the Unites States are receiving. The Harvard school of law calculated the amount of money Africans are spending on education and then they converted it into United States currency:
South Africa spending on education continues to grow, with finance minister Pravan Gurdhan allocating 207 million to education in 2012.
While everyone in Africa thinks this is a lot and that it is increasing rapidly, it is actually less than half of what Americans are putting towards the education system. However, the GDP of African countries is a lot less
