Ectomorphs Research Paper
As we learned today, we have three body types, such as Endomorphs, mesomorphs, and ectomorph. For each body there is a specific sport suitable. Endomorphs body’s have a pear shape with some fat on the body, upper arms and thighs, thus, a suitable sport would be wrestling where it requires power and body weight force. Mesomorphs have a V shape, with narrow hips and a wedge-shaped body. A suitable sport would be any sport such as soccer. Ectomorphs body’s are thinner and a suitable sport is distance running. Each body is different and although you can play any sport some sports are more suitable for each body type. Which we all know are very important and extreme categories.

Endomorphs is when an individual has more body fat on upper arms, thighs, wide hips, narrow shoulders and have fairly slim wrists. As we can tell this body type is less healthy for us and has more fat then the other two body’s. A person with this body shape tends to not be healthy and chose the wrong diet and lifestyle. It can lead to obesity and cause many health issues. Although, this body type can become healthier by playing wrestling. As we can tell this body type is more on the healthier side, by working out almost everyday and eating healthy any one can achieve this body type. On the other hand it could be unhealthy if the person is on any kinda of steroids or lives of protein shakes. Although, mesomorphs body types can do mostly any sport they want since they are healthy and strong. One sport they are suitable to participate is soccer. Since mesomorphs body’s are good in weight and height it’s easy for them to run fast while playing soccer and they won’t get tired easily, making them more agile and speedy.
