It's important to teach skills that will encourage children to become successful and to archive their dreams. These programs would not only benefit the child but it would also benefit society as a whole in a financial aspect. People argue that in California and in many other states about not being able to fix the problem which arise staring kindergartens through twelve graders. If they can't fix the problem within kindergarten and High school, they should not consider investing in preschool until the problem is fixed. "California must take a lead . . . in making sure children have the chance to start strong in school" says Lewis Platt (Susana Cooper 2).Relating to this quote early school programs would not only make them strong in school, but it will help aid them to become more confident and productive in society.
