One of the most common arguments regarding sports in the United States today is whether or not college athletes should be paid. A majority of these college athletes receive scholarship money and grants from the school that they have been recruited by. These scholarship packages pay for the students’ tuition, books, meal plan, room and board fees. During that period of time, I was reflecting about which would be the best plan of action that can help me to reach my goals. I came to the conclusion that the only good plan was to go back to the University and to obtain a degree. I currently work in a company as a general manager, but that does not give me the security that I need to project my future. And this was the main reason, why I decide to enroll in DeVry University. Now that I’m an active student, I feel that I am constructing a bright future and that my goals are going to become a reality once I graduate. After graduation, my plan is to work for the government for few years, after that period of time; I’m planning to develop my own company that would be dedicated to accounting services for individuals, companies, and to offer financial advice.…
