Dual Task Program Analysis
This study was designed to evaluate the effect of a selected dual task program on improving postural stability in patients with stroke. Thirty patients having stroke participated in this study . Patient were assigned into two equal groups : study and control groups ; In addition, the study group received a selected dual task training program . The patient were assessed for: static and dynamic balance using Berg Balance Scale and Timed Up and Go test and Biodex Balance System .
The results of this study revealed the effective-ness of dual task training program of 45 minutes three times a week for eight weeks on postural control in stroke patients. The positive effects of this work could be attributed to the sufficient intensity of the intervention
