In May, General Motors’ Richard Holman said driver less cars could become a reality in 2020.”(Flora and Haskins,,)Laws are being made to help the driver less cars.”California, Florida, Michigan and Nevada have recently passed laws governing their use, and Stanford University’s Center for Internet and Society reports more than a dozen other states are considering similar legislation.”(Flora and Haskins,,)They say that you can watch Netflix why it drives you to work.”While traffic congestion may still be an issue for many, driving to work in the future could look and feel more like sitting at home

However, self driving technology is also met with significant skepticism as moral and safety issues arise. The potential for fatal car accidents and detrimental injuries isn’t too uncommon for the self driving car because often it’s sensors aren’t precise enough to accurately identify or measure a given obstacle.[3] Of course, as one could predict, pushing 70mph on a highway and running head first into a tree doesn’t exactly have a positive outlook for those involved. Also, there is an aspect of losing blue collar jobs as computers begin to replace them.
