Donald Trump's Separation Of Power
Donald Trump, our elected president promised to make America great again. He promised to do many things, some of them seem possible to fulfill, others are unlikely to happen. Since The USA has a strict principle of separation of powers, his power must be shared with the Congress and the judiciary. Other factors like the media, public opinion ,and the American political traditions can limit the execution of his promises as well.
He promised to fully repeal Obamacare. Knowing that the repeal of Obamacare depends entirely on the House and Senate with the GOP keeping the House and the majority of republican retaining control in the Senate. Trump proposed to replace the Affordable Care Act with “Federalism’’ program. In fact, governmental power in the USA is divided into several entities which are the federal government and the state and local governments. In order for Trump to have an extended power, he has to win federal employees or find a way to place his loyalists into leadership positions in the federal government. Compromising will make his promises possible to achieve.
Trump also promised to be the greatest jobs creator. He promised to offer sufficient jobs for all Americans, but in order for him to do that, he will have to beat the record of Ronald

That goal seems unrealistic because it involves many matters. The wall across the U.S. and Mexico border is at least 2,000-mile which means it will cost a huge amount of money. That money would have to be devoted by Congress because he can`t do it without congressional support. Also building the wall will be difficult because of Native American reservations. In addition, Trump will have to figure out ways to deal with the issues of the public opinion. There is no doubt that the subject will cause protests, meetings, assemblies...He will also have to find a way to make Mexico paying him back for the expenses. chances are that won`t

If there can be any objection to the administration, it can be the general disdain it has for reality. The President of the United States of America has employed the highest offense possible; he attempts to promote contradictory ideas at the same time and hold that they complement each other. Trump’s most important example should be his tone on the campaign trail. Trump’s campaign was run on two violently opposing ideas: that America is a perfect nation, that America is God’s nation, that America is the savior and protector of the world, America has the perfect culture that all nations should adopt, and our soldiers are the strongest, our products are the best, our land is the most beautiful, and that all nations should be subservient to American…

The Constitution created an inherent process of checks and balances for the government. The President made an executive order on amnesty for immigrants, a illegal unilateral action from the White House; moderately undermines the rule of law. Not to mention, Article II of the Constitution makes sure the presidential power is to be followed. “If the president won’t respect the people, congress must,” says Ted Cruz. Disputes between Obama and the American people, conflicted with the Democratic party who suffered in a midterm election, losing seats due to the prospect of Obama’s use of executive amnesty. If the president wants change in the law, he must compromise and work with Congress; it is a need within the law of the Constitution.…

If a person were to watch the news, it is very easy to see that many people do not like the new changes in the U.S.. Ever since the election, President Trump has signed multiple different executive orders. Some of the orders that have been signed so far are a notice that the U.S. will begin withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, an order imposing a hiring freeze for some federal government workers as a way to shrink the size of government and, one of the most known, two orders on border security and immigration enforcement including an order authorizing a U.S.-Mexico border wall.…

During these day, President Trump is the hottest topic since he won the election because his campaigns cause many arguments day by day. He is the first president who took many changes in American economy and politics even though there are many people think otherwise. The most unbelievable order is on Jan. 25, when President Trump signed an executive order to construct a wall along the United States' southern border is inflaming relations between the United States and Mexico, strongly affects to American politics and economy, and damage to the environment; and so, in my opinion, his decision is just ignorant and wasted.…

The “Separation of Powers” prevents tyranny within government. Each branch has certain responsibilities preventing too much power within the president or one specific branch. For example the legislative branch makes the laws, the executive branch passes or denies the law, and the judicial decides if the law is constitutional or not. If “Separation of Powers” were to not be in place one ruler ( President/King ) or branch would take charge in power and in past experiences they have found that form of government to be in unsuccessful. In conclusion, the “Separation of Powers” provides balance within the government preventing too much authority for one person/group.…

Donald Trump won his presidency over Hilary Clinton, winning the electoral vote but losing the popular vote by around 2.9 million votes. Knowing that the majority of Americans did not want Trump as President, it would make sense for Trump to handle the office with care, and work to gain the trust of the Americans who did not want him as their President. In the short 48 days since Trump has been President, it is safe to say that he does not care about the opinions of those who did not vote for him and those that did vote for him. He signs executive orders and appoints nominees without consideration. He makes every move based on his priorities, and not the rest of America.…

In fact, he has entered bankruptcy four times on different occasions so how will this man be able to manage the country's economy? He thinks he is correct and has no concerns if people disagree with him. Finally, Donald Trump is very racist. “ Laziness is a trait in blacks” was what Trump said and as you can see, this is clearly not true as people excluding blacks are also lazy. In short, Donald Trump is not fit for being president as he clearly cannot manage the country's economy since he couldn't manage his budget 4 times and never had a job in the government so he doesn't know how it works as you cannot simply get something done in a blink of an eye.…

Separation of powers was an idea accepted by all sides of the writers in the American constitution, though it's straight to the point meaning remained unclear, at least until its famous publication in the Federalist, the protection of the Constitution written by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay. The confusion over the meaning of separation of powers arose mainly from the status of the executive’s power, and how powerful it should be. Such a weak executive office couldn’t balance the power of the legislature, however. So they write up Article 2 to balance and strengthen the executive office. The "federative" power, as John Locke named it. While this federative power was theoretically distinguishable from the executive, in practice…

The power of being president, and all the endless decisions that comes with it. Barack Obama has the final say of the legislative, executive, and judicial branch. These three branches make up America’s politics. Now the president can’t govern a whole country all by himself, he needs help. In irony the president may be called the most powerful man in the world but his politicians also control the outcome of his decisions. The president needs to take into consideration the powers of the other three branches. "A president cannot lead unless he appreciates the perspectives of other elected politicians and accepts their legitimacy." (Bowles) What has Obama been doing with his powers lately?…
