Introduction
The Olympic Games has over thousand years of history. In ancient time, The Olympic Games were closely linked to the religious festivals of the cult of Zeus, and they had a secular character and aimed to show the physical qualities and evolution of the performances accomplished by young people, as well as encouraging good relations between the cities of Greece. On the other hand, beginning in 1896 in Athens, the story of the modern Olympic Games is the story of the human mind, body and spirit breaking barriers, transcending limits and reaching new levels of excellence, achievement and possibility. Since the Modern Olympics began in 1896, there have been 27 Summer Olympic Games held in 22 different cities. But all of these cities are not in the Islamic countries. To some extent, this phenomenon is conflict with the Olympic spirit. Based on the criteria used to evaluate sporting bids, this paper tries to analysis 12 potential host cities to find which one has the most realistic chance of being chosen to host the 2024 Summer Olympics. In our opinion, Doha, the capital of Qatar has the most likely to become the host city of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Islamic countries.

The criteria used to evaluate sporting bids
According to Supovitz (2005), the criteria used to evaluate sporting bids including eight aspects : 1. Availability of best facilities to stage an event.
2. Favorable rates on facility rentals, labor, and services in the local market. 3. Active support of the organizer’s objectives by local government, businesses, and media. 4. Services and support beyond the minimum requirements of the RFP (Request for Proposal). 5. Demonstrable community experience in hosting successful sports events of similar size, scope, and structure. 6. Financial incentives or cost savings offered by local government, the facility, and local businesses beyond those required by the RFP. 7. No, or affordable, taxes on event revenues
