Dog Parks Research Paper
The first thing I would like to address, is the I am a very BIG dog person. I've loved dogs since I was bit by a german shepard, when i was 8. I did not want to hurt this animal because it bit me. I was told very long ago that all animals deserve respect. From then on I've had a very strong connection with dogs, more so then with other animals.

Dog Parks are a good thing in my opinion, mainly for the health of your compainon. Dog parks should be everywhere in the world, with just the amount of dogs in the world as humans they deserve a place to come and play. These lovible, snuggley creatures need to explore and interact with others to learn and make mistakes.

Now I do agree with the oppossing team. The noise from barking can be frustrating, and can make it hard to sleep. There are many times where my dog has woken me up out of a nice dream due to barking. A person's pet is they're own reponsibility, just as a new born baby when they cry for either attention or hungry. You wouldnt yell at the baby to shut up because you needed sleep. No you would take care of your

I personally do not see what would be wrong to have to pay for a fence, thats outragious. We as americans have to pay into taxes regardless of a dog park or not. A person should not be upset when something like a dog park is being built in their community, its to let the dog run free. To live in a country where we have the most freedom to do anything we want, we should be more caring for those that we deem pets now. Demesticated creatures that would help us with stress, depression, and even to help the blind get to where they're are in need to go.

In conclusion I do not see anything wrong with having a dog park built anywhere. All animals can benifit from these parks, such as squirls, birds, and even cats. So do not let our pets go without exercise, they need just as much as we

However, the city will also have the money they got from selling the property to help build the park. By building the park, you are also addressing the growing budget deficit by creating jobs. For example, you can charge people for boat launching or have a small appliance for fishing and snacks at the park. I think this is the best decision overall because you get to build the business complex which will create jobs and bring other businesses. Also, by building a small park, you will create more jobs and help Rid economy grow. The city want lose any money because the park will pay for itself by having festivals, appliance store and boat…

Being a dog owner myself, I encourage all city officials to consider the development of dog parks for their residents. The ability to utilize a dog park in my local city has not only allowed my dog to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but it's also allowed me to enjoy the outdoors with my best friend, while creating new friends in the process. I find this type of recreation more enjoyable and healthy for all involved, as opposed to being stuck indoors trying to entertain or please a bored canine. Taking my dogs on regular trips to the dog park allows them to sleep better at night, encourages them behave well in social environments and also helps them maintain their weight and physicial appearance. I couldn't be more of an advocate for these facilities.…

Having a dog park in a residential area, for the most part, would be very convienient. Some animals owners don't have the yard space for them to run around and to get the excercise they need. I believe that dogs should not be allowed at work for many reasons, First of all, some dogs do not know how to behave themselves in public areas, such as work or the office. If a dog bites someone or hurt someone, the injured person can sue the company or the dog owner. Secondly, if a dog is allowed in a work enviroment then the company will have to make sure that all of their employees are not allergic to dogs, and that means the company may have to fire and hire new people just to replace the old employees who were allergic to dogs. It just isnt fair to people who are allergic to dogs or just dont like dogs, because you could be the greatest worker for the company.…

I support being against bringing your dog to work. I support this decision because I think a work place shouldn't be a place for your dogs. While your at work you need to focus on getting your work done rather than playing with a dog. Many people would get distracted from doing there work if people brought there dogs to work. If people brought there dogs to work they would need to take breaks to take them outside so they can use the bathroom.…

The city is definitely in need of a dog park. It would benefit not just the dog owner and the dog but the entire community. We all know that dogs can be very loud and very annoying but all they need is a place to let out all that energy. Allowing dogs to be off their leash in a safe enviroment also allows them to tire down before going home. Which will benefit the neighbors of any dog owner.…

Building a dog park in an urban setting would be beneficial to dog owners and the community at large. Dogs in an urban setting do not have adequate space for excercise which can lead to poor health and behavior. Dogs need to be trained from a young age to socialize with other dogs aswell as people. As a young child my family had a dog. We loved to play with him, but noticed that we had limited yard space to play games such as fetch or even tag. We lived in a small apartment complex, and were forbidden to enter other neighbors yard. My sisters and I felt that a dog park in our town would be just enough space to play without the drama of disrubting the neighbors. In the passage, Gizmo's owner strongly believes that there should be a dog park in his town of Muscatine, Iowa. I as a previous dog owner my self believe that this would be a great idea.…

    Public Dog Park Argument

    • 527 Words

Physical excersize is greatly important to a dog's health, as well as their behaviour. In general, a dog will be happier and less likely to be violent or misbehave when it has had the opportunity to get outside and run or play. I am aware that there is the opposing side of this argument that mentions that uses the following example that "[cat owners aren't about to ask for a public catnip garden]", however there are some major faults in that argument as catnip is not an essensial ingredient to a cat's health or happiness. It is also something that is physically able to be utilized inside any place of residence, whether it be a large house with a backyard or a small city apartment. The same cannot be said of a dog's need for excersize. Dogs need space to excersize, and I believe that dog owners and their dogs should have a safe space to do so within.…

Like the writer in artical one said they live in an area where there is limited space for a person and their dog to run around and enjoy the fresh air and good company of their fury companion.when the people who dont have dogs see the people at the park playing with the animals, they will be more likely to go to the local animal shelter and adopt a dog of their choice and that will help build a better bond betwwen those and the other animals that would inhabit the dog park.…

A new law says that only dogs are allowed to help people in public places. I feel that the law is not necessary. Other animals should be allowed to go in public places too especially if they are a service animal. Monkeys work really hard at a place in Boston called “Helping Hands” so they can help people in need. Also other animals have other talents that dogs do not have. So if a person would like something to drink a dog can pour their owner something to drink.…
