With the conception of globalization which is just appear and far-reaching all over the world like that, there has not even been the time to think over on the matter; is globalization good or bad for the world? It has been operating more on the terms of – it approach, and it dominated. To understand a concept such as that, the explanation of globalization is essential. Thus, the definition is in order.
Globalization is the name for the process of expanding the connectivity and interdependence of the world’s markets and businesses. It is also acknowledge as a technique of communication among the countries of the world in order to expand the worldwide economy. However, this process has speed up significantly in the last two decades as technological advances make people to travel, communicate, and do business internationally much easier way.
So far, has globalization been beneficial or hurtful to jobs across the world? According to Amanda’s blog, in America, many people point finger that today’s downturn sourced by getting laid off on globalization. On the other hand, governments are in favor of globalization because the economy of a country can grow up. However public, with the rapid growth of jobs and international business, there have been a ton of people engaged themselves in employment because of factories and firms expanding and working globally. Just like any other situation, there are both positive and negative effects that have been resulted by globalization. Auspiciously, there are more positive effects than negatives in this situation.

It is affirmed that globalization raises the monetary wealth and chance for developing the world. The civil liberties are improved and there is a more efficient use of resources. All the countries engaged in the free trade are at revenue. As a result, there are lower prices, more employment and a better standard of life in these developing nations.
