Each day the operator schedules a driver week days. The operator will call or txt the driver if he is available for conformation. Lacking of helper Palermo himself (the operator) checks the vehicle before the trip. Checking the vehicle eats a lot of time starting from 5 am he the operator needs to haste the checking. After that Palermo will give a certain amount of money for the gas. Then the driver is good to go for the 12 hrs work time. After the drivers claim their vehicle for the duty, the operator needs to check the past records. It's hard because he will scan all over the place. Because of manual archiving, almost of the time, he will fail to finish all.
