This project describes the development of an Online Spa Reservation System for Maya-Ubud Resort & Spa which immediately deals with the records and details of each guest who had reserved a Spa treatment. It also includes information like the availability of therapists, time, date and details of each treatment. It is also possible to reschedule a reservation. It supports business functions of maintaining and confirming reservations related to the service availment.
The system was created in MySQL Server and PHP. The software is very user-friendly and there is no need for professionals to operate it.
