Do you like playing soccer?Playing soccer is amazing not only do you get to do what you want you also have some consequences and soccer is something that will help you with your health and scholarship.

P1- Soccer being Healthy-When you play soccer you can lose body fat. It can also help your muscle and your flexibility by improves muscle tone,it also increases your muscle and bone strength,while you are running your heart beat fast which will give you constant rate of breathing .Soccer is like workout putting your strength and muscles and you gain some protein.

P2- How it can make you run faster- Soccer is one of the sport that make you run a lot, plus speed is one of the top priority for soccer players. Ex)when people take the ball away

    The soccer kick is the essence of association football (soccer). This move is performed in every single game of football all over the world, whether it’s professional or amateur. There are two main ways of classifying kicks in soccer; the free kick and kicks in general play.
