Obesity has become a major problem amongst teenagers. With the constant use of electronic devices such as smartphones, computers, and television, teens rarely exercise anymore. The resulting effects of being overweight can lead to severe mental health issues along with life threatening physical health issues. Exercising will get rid of those issues and can make teens feel better than they ever thought they could. The benefits that exercise could have on teens would change their lives for the better. First off, many teenagers experience a range of mental health issues as a result of not staying in shape and not exercising. One of the biggest issues is depression.
