As a black woman, I know he will take a lot of effort from all of us to changes diversity in the workplace. Meaning, that an employers, managers, and employees can provide a strong structure for managing diversity in the workplace. It is necessaire to have diversity in the workplace that represent differents background of ages, races, and genders, Diversity is not resume of those. Diversity can also be a religion, language, sexual orientation, and beliefs. People need to understand why is necessaire to learn different cultures. In addition, you can do a search to learn on the “Social-cultural” diversity at work and around you.
