Diversity In Education Research Paper

Diversity is something that is going to happen in our future classroom, and we as future teachers need to make sure that our classroom is set up for them to be successful. It is essential that we get them to reach their full potential as a student and as a human being, by putting them in an environment where they are going to have the greatest opportunity to succeed. Instruction needs to promote the development of complex knowledge, and skills in a social setting with positive peer and student-teacher interaction. The teacher should emphasize high standards, and expectations for all students, use technology to enhance the learning of students in the 21st century, and allow for the students to be actively learning. Literacy is a great way to make sure all of these things happen in a classroom.
Literacy is the ability to use writing and reading in a positive way that allows for all students to construct meaning, from print, and to put into action in a social context.
