On Wednesday, July 27th, the Wilmington, DE will host the first ever listening session to talk about the experience of people who identify as having a disability within in BlackRock. While this meeting will focus on the experiences of people who identify as having a disability, we welcome anyone who passionate about advocating for people with disabilities at BlackRock. These meetings are being done in order to: 1. Bring people together in a safe environment, 2. Begin an open, honest, and ongoing dialogue, and make sure folks know that the firm is listening to and thinking about disability.
