Diversity in my own terms are, accepting anyone and everyone rather just like you or totally opposite. Everyone has their own story and that shapes who they are individually. Two brothers growing up living the exact same life does not mean they are going to grow up with the same beliefs and same aspects of life. Diversity is to have open ears no matter who or what the story is behind the person.
