Benefits of a Diverse Workforce
Global cross-cultural teams are bound to experience differences in their vision, views, beliefs, and more. Regardless of how the company is brought together to work internationally, the vase diversity of the team will set a high standard of innovation, creativity, knowledge, leadership and teamwork. Many challenges will be faced by both teams, in the US and the Middle East, however; the intelligence of the team should surpass any difference employees have with each other. The goal is to be smart, productive and successful, and with these teams combined, there is nothing holding the organization back.
Cultural diversity in the workplace brings many benefits to the business that would otherwise be very tedious.

Attracting and retaining talents adds a competitive edge to the workplace, by enhancing communication skills, building team relationships and increasing profitability (Steinberger, 2007). These types of accommodation can create hardships in the workplace which can also affect the morale of the team (Steinberger, 2007). Talking with those involved is the best way to keep the respect of others, communication and teamwork. The organization can offer swapped shifts, staggered hours, and allow for employees to make up lost time (Andrade, 2016). A reminder about floating holidays, and flexible work schedules which reflect other religious followers will often relieve the pressure felt by some and reduce the disruption in the organization.
As companies become more globalizes there is a stronger need for international executives who have international experience (Andrade, 2016). Challenges of knowledge, innovation, acquisitions and more can be further influenced by an HRM who has international experience and strategies.
