Diverse Self Reflection

I exceed the standard in the “diverse students” category. Throughout the semester, I have effectively interacted with students, teachers, and other school personnel at all times. The Salvation Army provided me with the perfect opportunity to do just this. I was constantly in an environment where students, peers, and teachers surrounded and I had to effectively communicate with them to not only help myself succeed, but also the students. While working with students, I also consistently demonstrated a positive regard for the learners as individuals. This was put into play mostly in the homework room at the Salvation Army.
