I am in receipt of your offer to becoming a licensee of the Walt Disney Company. We are currently seeking source for an exclusive line of quality children and baby clothing.

You probably already know that The Walt Disney Company was founded in 1923, and it is the number two media conglomerate in the world. Since its founding The Walt Disney Company, and its affiliating companies, have remained faithful to their commitment of the product, as well as producing unparalleled entertainment.

We are committed to a standard of excellence in every aspect of our business and in every corner of the world. We expect these same commitments to be shared by all manufacturers of Disney merchandise.

Walt Disney has a very exclusive reputation. This is merely because we are looking for the best licensee who can represent our perception with ethical and responsible conduct.

The information about the "Fox Company" was very impressive, as I already mentioned, Walt Disney is looking for a company like yours for licensee. To be able to proceed onward, we request that you send us some details missing from the previous letter. This way we can determine if your company meets our criteria.
Disney licensees should meet the following requirements:

First, A minimum of five years experience in manufacturing and distributing.
Second, must be a manufacturer, NOT a middleman or distributor.
And for last, Your company must have five years prior experience in our product category being proposed.

In addition you should fill out all the information about your company that we are looking for (you can find our requirements on the website.) Walt Disney is appreciative of your appeal and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
