giving up gradually helps the body get used to the reduction in nicotine in the body reduces chances of withdrawal symptoms
Paragraph 5: Method # 2 to quit  get help from family and friends smoking is hard to give up as cigarettes are widely available enlisting help of loved ones ensures they can support and encourage the quitter. Paragraph 6: Conclusion
