Although I enjoyed the book and movie, there are some noticeable differences seen between each. It was actually one of the best books I've ever read. This year, a movie was made on the story. The story follows Jonas who gets all these memories, and he realizes all the dark and deadly truths about the communities secret past. The movie sort of focuses more on the romantic aspect of the story; the love between Rosemary and Jonas. The book does more to capture the unconditional love Jonas had for Gabe, the baby that staying with Jonas's family. Taylor Swift, who plays Fiona, did not make a significant role in the movie.
