An example of the law not doing their job correctly is the case of Nafiys Walter who was stopped by two white officers for passing a red light. He said that he was in a bicycle and not a car but that’s not the problem here. The problem is that they searched Walters underwear just by passing a red light. I think that GPS Surveillance vehicle without their knowledge can be possible in some cases depending if the police thinks that person is doing something bad but anyways that violates the rights of the other person that violates the 4th amendment. The same goes with police using drug-sniffing dogs in the front yard arounds someone house if they suspect something but only when they get permission to do it. For DUI checkpoints I think that a search warrant should only be done depending on the way you are driving not just because they decide to stop you for no reason. In profiling I believe that officers should keep an eye on people who already had serious criminal records including, use of weapons, violence and gangs but shouldn’t abuse on
